Packing & Mailing Instructions

  1. If you are sending more than one photo, please label your photos (and refer to them using the labels you have assigned). We recommend writing on 3M Scotch Post-It notes (or equivalent) and sticking that on the back of a photo (instead of writing directly on the back of a photo).

  2. We recommend that you include a piece of cardboard (like a postcard) with your photo prints for added protection. If your photos are very valuable, we recommend that you use photo/document mailer envelopes.

  3. Address your package to:

    Portraits From Your Photos
    Attn: Rhonda Bartlett
    4750 Hartland Parkway, Suite 248
    Lexington, KY  40515
    United States of America

  4. Please include a stamped self-address envelope unless you don't need your photos back.

  5. Mail the package.

  6. Do not forget to complete the online order form and e-mail the order details to us.

You must realize that no matter what you do (or what we do), there is a chance that your photo prints could be damaged or worse, lost. You should not mail irreplaceable photos. You should have such photos scanned (and e-mailed to us) or duplicated at your local photo processing shop (so you can send us the duplicate copy).
